A season-long comeback story for Dyersburg’s Giovanni Hammond came to a close in late May at the TSSAA Class A-AA State Track Championships as the senior Trojan runner has been named the State Gazette Boys Track Athlete of the Year for the 2022-23 athletic school year.

ERMCO celebrates manufacture of eight-millionth transformer

ERMCO, Inc. (“ERMCO”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Arkansas Electric Cooperatives Inc. (“AECI”), recently manufactured its eight-millionth transformer in Dyersburg, Tennessee. Representatives from the customer, United Utility Supply Cooperative Corporation, based in Louisville, Kentucky, were on site to receive the pad-mount transformer.
