Newbern Housing Authority, Santa, and his Elves deliver gifts to kids at Flower Valley Drive

This Christmas, thanks to the Newbern Housing Authority’s annual Adopt-an-Angel program, the children of tenants at the housing complex on Flower Valley Drive in Newbern will be getting presents. Delivered by Santa himself and his helpers, the gifts will help these children to have a merry holiday.
