Ables pleads not guilty, case goes to Grand Jury

A Dyersburg man entered a not guilty plea in Dyersburg City Court on Friday, February 2. Hunter Ables made one of several appearances in court for before Judge Dean Dedmon on charges stemming from May 28, 2023, vehicular accident in which he and adult passenger Tamera Branham were charged with six counts of child abuse and violent child neglect. Ables was also charged with a DUI second offense, reckless driving, breaking the Implied Consent law, and destruction of property.
