Harvest Chili

List of ingredients/quantities:

2 tablespoons oil

1 medium onion

1 lb ground beef

1 can black beans undrained

1 can pinto beans undrained

1 can diced tomatoes (perferrably fire roasted) undrained

1 can whole kernel corn undrained

1/2 teaspoon of cumin

Directions:

Heat oil over medium heat in frying pan

Add diced onion, cook until browned (7 to 8 minutes)

Add ground beef and cook (can add salt and pepper to meat)

Add the remaining ingredients in pot heat to a boil then reduce to simmer for the sauce to thicken.

Serve and enjoy

(Also great with cornbread.)

Comments: The Harvest Chili isn't a spicy chili it does have a small sweetness in it. It is a bit different but is great.
