New delivery method for monthly commodities

Earlier this week, local senior citizens noticed a new method of delivery when receiving their monthly commodities. Rather than exiting their vehicle to receive their goods, the items were brought to them in a drive-thru fashion on Mill St. in downtown Dyersburg. The new method was put in place to help protect everyone and limit face-to-face interaction. Dyer County Mayor Chris Young also assisted by providing radios to workers and volunteers to relay information.
