Dyer County Schools announce phases for upcoming week

On Thursday, the Dyer County School System announced the phases for the upcoming week of classes, January 4-8, 2021.

Dyer County Schools issued the following:

“Dyer County Schools will remain in Phase 3 for all Pre-K through 8th grade students, and Dyer County High School students will remain in Phase 2. If the positive cases/quarantine numbers continue to decline in our schools, all students, Pre-K-12th, will return to Phase 3 after Martin Luther King Day on January 19. Extra precautions will be implemented to keep our students and staff healthy. As always, positive cases/ quarantine numbers will be closely monitored. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we try to keep our students and community as safe and healthy as possible.”

Dyer County Schools will resume classes on Monday, January 4, 2021.
