JMCG Hospital to host COVID 19 vaccination events for 12 years and older

Jackson, Tennessee – West Tennessee Healthcare will be hosting two COVID-19 vaccination events on Wednesday, May 26, and Wednesday, June 2, 2021, from 4 until 8:30 p.m. at the J. Walter Barnes Auditorium at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital located at 620 Skyline Drive in Jackson, TN.

Vaccinations will be given through appointment only. Eligible individuals must be at least 12 years of age and older. Anyone who is younger than the age of 18 will need to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who will also need to sign a consent form. Recipients may schedule an appointment online at https://westtennessee.quickbase.com/db/bq9h662w6.

Recipients will be receiving the Pfizer vaccine, which does require a second dose. The second appointment will be scheduled automatically for recipients, and the second dose will be administered at the same location 21 days after the first dose.
