Legal 07- 4315 NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of a Deed of Trust Note dated December 15, 2006, and the Deed of Trust of even date securing the same, recorded December 19, 2006, in Book No. 632, at Page 812, in Office of the Register of Deeds for Dyer County, Tennessee, executed by Jeffery Hetzel and April Hetzel, conveying certain property therein described to Cindy Robertson as Trustee for CitiFinancial Services, Inc.; and the undersigned, Wilson & Associates, P.L.L.C., having been appointed Successor Trustee by U.S. Bank Trust National Association, as Trustee for CVI LCF Mortgage Loan Trust I.
