Body ordered exhumed

Dyer County Circuit Judge Lee Moore has ordered the exhumation of the body of Earl S. "Duke" Gatlin so toxicology tests can be performed to determine the cause of his death. The order, signed Tuesday, commands that Gatlin's body be exhumed from his grave at Fairview Cemetery and "transported in the closed casket ... to the Shelby County Medical Examiner's Office in order that an autopsy may be performed to determine the exact cause of his death."...
