11-year house arrest sentence after plea

A Dyer County man pleaded guilty Tuesday in circuit court to a charge of felony failure to appear and wound up with a 10 year, eight month-sentence under house arrest. David Lowery, 25, of 860 Old Friendship Highway, agreed as part of a plea arrangement to add four years on community corrections (house arrest) to previous sentences he received for guilty pleas to charges of arson and theft of a truck for the combined sentence...
