Following the recommendation of the city's Water, Sewer, Gas Committee, the Dyersburg Board of Mayor and Aldermen on Monday night agreed to extend water and gas lines 5,600 feet along Jones Road in RoEllen at an estimated cost of $120,000. Since acquiring the RoEllen water district, the city has spent about $115,000 to upgrade existing water lines and refurbished the water tank at a cost of $75,000. ...
