Woman arrested on heroin charge

A shoplifter at the Family Dollar Store on Forrest Street was caught Tuesday evening not only with illegal merchandise in her possession, but also a syringe filled with heroin. Dyersburg police responded to a call from the Family Dollar Store, which is located at 1020 Forrest, at 6:10 p.m., the official report stated.
