Trimble man agrees to jail for firing shot in home

The Trimble man arrested in May for firing a gun in his home during a domestic argument agreed to an 11-month, 29-day sentence in exchange for a lessening of several charges. Frankie Warren, of 45 Mulberry Street, was charged with aggravated assault, aggravated domestic assault, reckless endangerment, unlawful possession of a weapon, resisting arrest and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
