Several city cases bound to grand jury

Charges against 12 persons in Dyersburg city court were bound over last week to the action of a Dyer County grand jury. Friday was the cut-off date for cases to be referred to the grand jury scheduled to meet Oct. 8. Among those facing potential indictments are Krystal Kaye Gallahaire, 25, and Kenneth Curtis Hipps, 26, both of 2360 Stokes Road in Friendship.
