Second half collapse leads to loss for Lady Trojans

Facing one of districts best teams in Milan, the DHS Lady Trojan basketball squad needed to try and contain Chantel Poston and teammate Shaniqua Gray in order to have a chance at gaining their first district win of the season. The Lady Trojans still have a ways to go to play their best basketball, evident after the Milan duo combined to score 47 points as the Lady Bulldogs defeated Dyersburg in a game much closer than the 62-48 final score indicated...

Trojans throttle past Bulldogs in district opener

No one could blame the Dyersburg Trojan basketball team for being a little upset prior to Friday night's game against Milan. After starting the season with a 2-4 record, the Trojans wanted to make a statement against the Bulldogs after suffering through tough practices all week long under the watchful eye of head coach Dion Real, not to mention start the season off with a win in their District 13--AA opener...
