Teenager sentenced for bluff trespassing

A 17-year-old Ripley boy has been placed on probation for trespassing on land along the Chickasaw Bluff south of Lenox. The boy pleaded guilty to a charge of criminal trespassing in Dyer County Juvenile Court on Nov. 27. He was placed on probation, the length of which will be determined by his probation officer. Youths arrested after crashing stolen cars

Four Dyersburg juveniles were arrested on Saturday after stealing three vehicles from a local dealership and crashing two of them in neighboring counties. According to reports from the Dyersburg Police and Dyer County Sheriff's departments, Gary Baker of West Tennessee Motor Co., 413 E.
