DES board approves pay raise for CEO

The deadline to pay city property taxes is quickly approaching, and many residents are wishing for an easy way to cross that item off of their to-do list. That wish has been granted with a new program initiated by the city this summer. Finley Elementary School was recently awarded with four grants totaling more than $2,500 from the Memphis Arts Council's Student Ticket Subsidy program.
