Diversion granted in sexual battery case

A local chiropractor was granted pretrial diversion on a sexual battery charge Sept. 8 in Dyer County Circuit Court. Barry L. Cole, 61, 411 Lattawoods, was placed on supervised probation for two years and ordered to pay $548 in court costs.
