Beer permit granted

The Dyer County Alcohol and Beverage Committee issued a beer permit Tuesday morning to Scott Lacy at the B&B Market, 6551 Highway 104 West in Finley. The permit will allow the store to sell beer for off-premises consumption. Although the store is located close enough to a church to forbid beer sales, beer has continuously been sold there since before the distance limitation went into effect.
