City committees meet to address enforcing property maintenance codes

With just a week before the Great American Cleanup, the city of Dyersburg is looking at another way to clean up the city with changes to property maintenance codes on the agenda of a meeting of the Finance and Street committees on Thursday morning. City board OKs railroad repairs, sets public hearing on property maintenance

Members of the Dyersburg Board of Mayor and Aldermen approved emergency repairs to a railroad serving several industries in Dyersburg at Monday evening's regular board meeting.
