The Sweatt Farm is the oldest of the Century Farms in Dyer County. It is located in the Tigrett Community. The farm was founded in 1844 by Thomas W. Jones. Suspect in stolen vehicle causes fatal accident during police chase

The accident happened at approximately 10:39 p.m. as Dyersburg police attempted to pull over a 1994 GMC truck they determined was stolen.
