Man arrested after home invasion

Dyersburg Police have charged a local man with robbery and aggravated burglary following an early-morning home invasion on Thursday, Jan. 14. At approximately 2 a.m., police responded to the 1800 block of Curry St. in reference to a robbery. The victim reported that he was asleep in his home when a male subject kicked the front door open and entered his home. The attacker fled the scene after taking a small amount of cash.
