Feed the Need this Friday, more volunteers needed

He was a native of Lima, Ohio and son of the late Kermit Byrd and Delores Spurlock Byrd Phillips, who survives. Investigators with the Dyer County Sheriff's Department arrested two people after discovering a non-working meth lab in RoEllen on Wednesday afternoon.
