County board to investigate use of electronic signs

Dyer County zoning regulations have no provisions for electronic advertising signs, but that could change soon. Robert Winstead of Northside Church of Jesus Christ has asked the Dyer County Board of Zoning Appeals for permission to erect an electronic sign at the church, 4935 Highway 211 north of Dyersburg.
