Mrs. Floy Elva Richardson "Sis" Campbell, age 87, of Dyersburg passed away Saturday, June 9, 2012, at Maple Ridge Assisted Living. She was born on February 1, 1925 in Lenox, Tennessee. She was a homemaker and a member of Three Oaks Chapel Church. Services will be at 11:00 AM, Monday, June 11, 2012, in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with Brother Bill Phipps officiating. Garden Festival brings noted speakers to Newbern
