County planners deny request for minor subdivision plat

The Dyer County Planning Commission denied a request for a minor subdivision plat due to the owner not fulfilling previous requests made by the board. Vick Burns submitted a request to the planning commission for a minor subdivision plat for his property located at 3960 Highway 104 West.
