Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Northside Church of Jesus Christ with Bro. Ray Winsted and Bro. Jeff Smith officiating. Burial will be in New Haven Cemetery. Power Board discusses online payments, ranks DES in area rates

Customers of Dyersburg Electric System can expect online payment options for their electricity bills later this year, DES President and CEO Stephen Lane told members of the Power Board on Wednesday, Feb. 27.
