Library to hold grand opening Friday

A ribbon cutting is scheduled for the grand opening of McIver's Grant Public Library at 10 a.m., on Friday, March 29. The ceremony will take place in front of the new building located at 410 W. Court St., in downtown Dyersburg. The public is invited to attend and tour the new facility.
