Target area: back, obliques, and buttocks. Stand holding a dumbbell in right hand, arm extended overhead, palm facing forward, left arm by side. Balancing on left leg, bend right knee out to side and cross right calf behind left calf. Bend right elbow and bring it down to touch right hip as you lift bent right leg behind you as high as possible (squeezing glutes). Press dumbbell overhead and lower bent right leg to touch left calf to return to start position.

Vyper Team locates runaway teen

A local search-and-rescue team helped authorities find a runaway teen on Tuesday evening in Newbern. The Vyper Search and Rescue Team found a 14-year-old male in a tree after utilizing their K-9 unit in a search for the boy. According to Newbern Chief of Police Jim Richards, the boy left his school around noon on Tuesday and was reported to the department as a runaway. Officers began a search for the teen around Newbern on Tuesday afternoon, but without any luck...
