Chimes for Charity raises nearly $3,000 Tuesday

Bill Joyner (left) and Jerry Edwards (right) of Security Bank break down the numbers and offer words of encouragement to bidders during Tuesday evening's live broadcast of the 65th annual Chimes for Charity. Security Bank was the show's sponsor and brought in a total of $2,992 with 31 children sponsored. Dyersburg men arrested after death of Obion Co. man

Two Dyersburg men are out on bond after a bar fight over the weekend in Obion County resulted in the death of a 55-year-old man.
