Tractor-trailer filled with pigs overturns

A tractor-trailer filled with pigs overturned on Thursday morning in Dyersburg, sending the driver to the hospital. According to Dyersburg Police Capt. Mark Moody, around 9:30 a.m. a tractor-trailer carrying 90 pigs overturned on the exit ramp from Highway 412, leading onto the eastbound lane of Highway 51.The truck was taking the pigs to the Hillshire Brands meat-processing center in Newbern. No other vehicles were involved in the accident...
