Grand jury indicts woman on vehicular homicide charge from 2013 wreck

A 19-year-old Newbern woman was arraigned in Dyer County Circuit Court this week after a Dyer County Grand Jury handed down a straight indictment to her for vehicular homicide. The charge stems from a motor vehicle accident that occurred on March 12, 2013, in a field between U.S. Highway 51 and the west end of Rogers Road in Dyer County.
