Master Gardeners plant sale April 18

Dyer County Master Gardeners (from left) Glynda Campbell, Betty Stephens and Nancy Duncan make plans for the annual spring plant sale. The sale will be held 7 a.m.-2 p.m. April 18 in Okeena Park's main pavilion. Master Gardeners bring a variety of perennials, shrubs and trees from their gardens as well as magazines and other garden-related items. Proceeds from the sale support the Master Gardeners' efforts to beautify the community.

The fourth annual presentation of 'For God So Loved The World' will be presented on Palm Sunday weekend, March 28 and 29 from 7-9 p.m. at the First Baptist Church in Bells. This is a unique 'drive-thru' production featuring dozens of live actors who portray various scenes from the last week of Jesus' earthly life.
