Jeffery McNeil Jones, 54, died Friday, July 24, 2015 in Memphis. He accepted Christ at an early age. He joined Macedonia Baptist church in Altus, Okla. under the pastorship of Rev. William E. Lawson. DHS band camp teaches students more than how to march and play instruments

Friday concluded this year's DHS band camp, a two-week practice session for students to warm up and practice for the upcoming football games. The band director, Jared Nobles, conducted outdoor activities in the mornings but moved practice inside in the afternoon to dodge the heat.
