On Thursday, June 2, the Dyersburg/Dyer County Chamber of Commerce hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony at Copper Lane Gifts & Interiors in downtown Dyersburg. Store owner Mandy Yates was joined by her family, Joe, Patty and Bill Yates, Chamber diplomats, Chamber President/CEO Allen Hester, and Dyersburg Mayor John Holden for the ribbon cutting. Financial services firm, Edward Jones, moved up on the annual Fortune 500 list, as published by Fortune magazine. This marks their fourth appearance in four years, according to Lee Garner, financial advisor in Dyersburg. Fortune Magazine's annual listing ranks the largest U.S. companies by revenue.
