With the beginning of July comes the second half of the year and, with that, the final week of the two-week TSSAA Dead Period for its sponsored sports. Road conditions a bumpy situation

While on vacation a week ago, a couple of days were spent riding around the city and county to get a good look at just how bad the road conditions have become for local drivers. There was no secret what I would find. The embarrassing condition of the roads is not a problem that happened overnight, and to be honest, in my 35 years of driving I don’t ever remember roads being in such terrible shape. ...
