Mary "Mama Sue" Carroll, 99, of Dyersburg, TN, passed away on Thursday, May 9, 2019 at West Tennessee Healthcare Dyersburg Hospital. She was born on January 23, 1920, in Bogota, TN. She lived and worked in Bogota and Dyer County all of her life. Mama Sue worked on a farm and in her later years retired as a machine operator from Sylvania. Historical Society to host roundtable discussion on local archived material

The Dyer County Historical Society will continue their second Tuesday programs on Tuesday, May 14 at 5 p.m. at the Dyer County Museum. Each month, the society offers programs of local historic significance for its members and the general public. Dot Foods promotes skills and safety with Forklift Rodeo challenge
