Frances was born on August 14, 1939 in Dyersburg, TN to the late Bonnie Mitchell and Lonnie Tubbs. She was a retired production worker with Sylvania. She was an avid bingo and card player. DSCC theatre department to hold production Thursday

Beginning Thursday, November 7, the Dyersburg State Community College theatre department will present Jo DiPiero’s ‘Over the River and Through the Woods’ inside the First Citizens National Bank Auditorium, Campus Activities Building, on the Dyersburg campus. The play will be presented Nov. 7-9 at 7:30 p.m. nightly. General admission is $5 per person with tickets available at the door. There is free admission for DSCC students.
