DHS’ Newbill awarded Ducks Unlimited Varsity National Scholarship

Ducks Unlimited recently announced Betsy Newbill, Dyersburg High School Class of 2020 member, was the recipient of this year’s Ducks Unlimited Varsity National Scholarship. The $10,000 scholarship is presented to one student in the United States who is a member of their high school Ducks Unlimited chapter. Newbill is the first Tennessean as well as the first female to ever earn the organization’s top scholarship.
