Born Sunday, September 8, 1935 in Tipton County, Tennessee, he was the son of the late Harry Spain Fite and the late Evelyn Fite. Mr. Fite was a retired bookkeeper and accountant for PCS Nitrogen. Dyer County COVID-19 update for September 29

With the release of the Tennessee Department of Health’s (TDH) daily COVID-19 update on Tuesday, the department reported Dyer County as having a total of 1,420 COVID-19 cases, which consist of confirmed and probable cases. Additionally, the TDH said that Dyer County had 175 active cases with 1,228 recoveries/inactive cases.

Dyer County 4-H Livestock Judging Team to compete at nationals in Arizona

The Dyer County 4-H Judging Team consisting of Mason Allen, Taylor Cantrell, Mackenzie Moody, and Abbey Willard won the Western Region 4-H Livestock Judging Contest in November and qualified to judge at the state 4-H event in August.
