Dyer County announces guidelines for games during Executive Order 70

Following Tennessee Governor Bill Lee's signing over Executive Order 70 on Sunday night, the Dyer County School system released a statement on Tuesday afternoon in regards to the order as well as the guidelines released by the Tennessee Secondary Schools Athletic Association earlier in the day.

Gov. Lee extends state of emergency through February

On Tuesday, December 22, Governor Bill Lee extended a state of emergency in Tennessee by signing Executive Order 73, which will take effect on December 29 until February 27, 2021.

United Way of West Tenn. to offer virtual agency training for local agencies

Jackson, Tenn. — United Way of West Tennessee will be offering virtual agency training sessions for local agencies in West Tennessee. Hargett presents grants to Dyer County Archives

Recently, Tennessee Secretary of State Tre Hargett presented grants to Dyer County leadership and archivists to go toward the benefit of the Dyer County Archives.
