Historical Society to host field trip to Mengelwood Sunday

NSK celebrates 15 years in Dyersburg

Launching 30 years ago in Bennington, Vermont, NSK Steering Systems America was the first plant offering the production of steering systems for the Japanese-based company in North America. For almost 20 years, the Vermont location remained the only steering system site for the company; however, in 2007, a second NSK Steering Systems plant opened in America – right here in Dyersburg.

Annual Veterans Day Parade, luncheon set for Nov. 11

The Dyer County Annual Veterans Day Parade and Program will be held Friday, November 11, at the downtown Dyersburg Pocket Park on the corner of W. Court and N. Main. Upon conclusion of the downtown events, the annual luncheon will take place at noon at the National Guard Armory.
