by Rachel Townsend --- Growing up, I was always taught by the Golden Rule: Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. Between hearing my grandmother tell me that and all the teachings of Bob Dylan--namely: “Don’t criticize what you can't understand.”--I feel like I was able to scrounge up a pretty decent understanding of how to treat people. The world is a spectrum, filled with diversity-- people who possess ideals, thoughts, and expressions unique to them, reflecting their values.
