Grecian Steakhouse pays out $110K to 19 workers following investigation by U.S. Dept. of Labor

Grecian’s Steakhouse, located 2265 St. John Ave., in Dyersburg was investigated by the U.S. Department of Labor after failing to pay employees overtime wages, a violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). An official release was published by the U.S. Department of Labor stating roughly $110K was paid out to 19 workers following an investigation into the claim (https://www.dol.gov/newsroom/releases/whd/whd20230426-1 ).
