Wayne Clayton Hulme, 82, of Newbern, Tennessee, died on Tuesday, September 19, 2023, at his residence in Newbern, Tennessee. Born Friday, August 15, 1941 in Dyer County, Tennessee, he was the son of the late Howard Clayton Hulme and the late Ruth Cooley Hulme. Mr. Hulme was a retired superintendent from Stanley Jones Corporation and later retired from Johnson-Williams Funeral Home. Choctaws open region play with Crockett County
