3 sentenced in Alamo bank fraud scheme

Three men were sentenced Tuesday in U.S. District Court in Jackson for their part in frauds contributing to the 2002 failure of the Bank of Alamo. At least eight persons were involved in a scheme to fraudulently obtain loans for alleged real estate purchases and the construction of 15 Krystal restaurants in West Tennessee.
