She was a retired owner of "Mimaw's" Daycare and a member of The Church of Jesus Christ. Man hopes 'decoy' snow attracts real thing

A longtime waterfowl hunter, Murry Moore knows that if he wants to attract ducks, he needs to put out decoys. He's applying that philosophy to snowfall, too. He hopes that his "decoy" snow will attract plenty of the "real" stuff tonight and Thursday. Election organization aims to get legislation passed before next election

Dyer County Election Commission Chairman Joe Enoch announced to the board that four different areas of voter concern would be combined into a bill to be voted on by the state legislature. According to Enoch, the bill would solely be a housekeeping measure of the Tennessee Association of County Election Officials (TACEO), which he is president of. They plan to go to members of the state House and Senate and gather sponsors in order to get it introduced and passed...
