Finley Pentecostal presents Easter drama Sunday

Finley Pentecostal Church will host the Easter drama 'Profile of an Eyewitness' that will be performed Sunday, April 8, at 10 a.m. and again at 6 p.m. There will also be a third performance on Monday, April 9, at 7 p.m. Admission is free. 'Profile of an Eyewitness' is a powerful and moving drama that depicts the life of Jesus through the eyes of those who knew Him best. The audience will meet characters such as Mary Magdalene, Jairus, and Simon whose lives were forever changed by seeing Him up close and personal. Through music and dialogue, the audience will encounter Jesus on a personal level. The drama lasts approximately one hour. Everyone is welcome to attend.

The Dyer County School Board received a tour of Fifth Consolidated on Tuesday evening, with its regular April meeting set at the system's newest school. Board members were treated to dinner in the school cafeteria before the meeting.
