Love & Truth Church holds ribbon cutting

On Jan. 31 the Dyersburg/Dyer County Chamber of Commerce hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the Love & Truth Church. After their church service, the pastor, Philip Tabler, and his wife, Joanna, and the church congregation gathered for the ribbon cutting. They were joined by Chamber diplomats and both the Dyer County Mayor Chris Young and Dyersburg Mayor John Holden, and his children Whitby and Walker Holden for the ceremony. Mayor Young and Mayor Holden both welcomed the church to the community and to the Chamber and wished them many blessings and great success in the future. The Love & Truth Church opened its doors in Dyersburg in August of 2015 with the goal of 'Changing Lives to Change our World.' They are part of the Love & Truth Ministries that have several churches located in Tennessee. The Love & Truth Church Dyersburg Campus is located at 640 US Highway 51 Bypass E. First Citizens National Banks 'Go Red' for women

First Citizens National Bank teammates supported the American Heart Association by wearing red on Feb. 5 as a message to empower women to take action to reduce their personal risk of heart disease. 2016 marked the 13th anniversary of National Wear Red Day, a day designated by the American Heart Association to increase awareness of heart disease, the number one killer of women, which causes 1 in 3 deaths each year...
