Relay for Life Bicentennial Boo Bash to be held Oct. 6 at Sorghum Valley

On Friday, October 6, the Dyer County Relay for Life will be hosting the Bicentennial Boo Bash at Sorghum Valley. The event will kick off at 5 p.m. with the Survivor’s Dinner. This year’s Honorary Survivor is Stan Langley. Crafts, music, food and live music will follow at 5:30 p.m. The event will close at 8 p.m. with the Luminary Ceremony.

Dream Factory announces new date for 5K run at Okeena Park

On Saturday, October 7, Dream Factory of Dyersburg will be hosting the its first 5K run. Originally slated for May 13 but cancelled due to weather, those who signed up for the May race will be automatically registered to participate.
